I’ve been using MidiOx (http://www.midiox.com/) to view streams of midi data exchanged between my VG99 and the PC Based Roland Editor. MidiOx is amazing and has saved me hours and hours of effort by revealing all the SysEx commands I need to control the VG99 from Midi Designer on the iPad.
